The Kiln Room

2019 The Kiln Room founded. The Kiln Room is a continually evolving, fully equipped ceramic studio, growing in facilities and services at the request of the ceramic community with intent to build connections between artists. Aims are to promote the sharing of knowledge and to embody the generosity of spirit of early ceramicists and potters. The Kiln Room offers a specialist ceramic firing service, education program, technical expertise, project consultancy, artist studios and International Residency Program.

2022 Jenny Norberg, Sweden – awarded a Konstnärsnämnden scholarship to be Artist in Residence at The Kiln Room. The scholarship provides the opportunity to develop skills and enhance knowledge by working with a more experienced artist for a six-to-ten-month period internationally.
